Support Docs Overview

Support Docs are help documents for your application, managed within User Support alongside your Widget, Guides, and other customer-experience tools. They give your users reference material to fall back on when they want to read through how something works.

You’ll find them on the User Support → Docs page, scoped to the Application you’re working in.

Support Docs hold the kind of written help content your users look for:

  • Reference material — Explanations of features, settings, and concepts.
  • How-to documentation — Written steps for completing common tasks.
  • FAQ-style answers — Responses to the questions your users ask most.

Where Guides walk a user through a task step by step and State Triggers surface short contextual prompts, Support Docs are the longer-form written references behind them.
