Graph
A Graph is a visual map of what Marketrix has discovered about your Application — the pages and features it reached and how they connect, generated from Simulation transcripts. It is what Marketrix sees, the counterpart to the Knowledge it reads.
There are two views of the same idea:
- Simulation Graph — What a single Simulation discovered. Open the Simulation and choose View Graph.
- Application Graph — The app-wide graph aggregated from every Exploration Simulation on the Application. Open it with View Application Graph on the Simulations page. It accumulates as you run more Exploration Simulations, becoming a richer map of your whole product over time.
Both open the same fullscreen view; only the scope differs.
What a Graph shows
Section titled “What a Graph shows”A Graph displays:
- Pages and features Marketrix visited.
- Connections between different areas of your Application, drawn from the paths it followed.
Selecting a node opens the page it stands for: its screenshot, and the sections found on it. Picking a section outlines it on the image.
When a Simulation Graph is generated
Section titled “When a Simulation Graph is generated”A Simulation Graph is built after an Exploration Simulation finishes exploring — its status pill reads Indexing while that happens. Once it’s ready, its discoveries feed into the Application Graph. User Study, Survey, A/B Study, and QA runs don’t produce a Simulation Graph of their own.
Using a Graph
Section titled “Using a Graph”A Graph helps you assess and improve coverage of your Application:
- Verify exploration — Confirm Marketrix reached the key areas of your Application.
- Spot gaps — Find sections that weren’t explored, then target them with a new Simulation’s instructions.
- Understand navigation — See how Marketrix moved between pages.
