User Support Overview
User Support is where you put Marketrix’s understanding of your product in front of your end users. It’s scoped to the Application you’re working in, and today it has one usable tool: the Widget.
What’s on the page
Section titled “What’s on the page”The User Support page shows three tool cards:
- Widget — Available now. The embeddable chat interface your users talk to on your site, grounded in the Knowledge Marketrix has read and the Graph it built by using your product. The card shows whether a widget has been created for this Application.
- Guides — Coming Soon. The card is not clickable and there is no Guides page to open.
- Docs — Coming Soon. The card is not clickable and there is no Docs page to open.
Below the cards, a Recent Activity table lists widget changes for the current Application — created, updated, deleted.
Everything else lives on the Widget page
Section titled “Everything else lives on the Widget page”There is no separate page for Sessions. Open the Widget card and you get three tabs:
- Details — Widget ID, Widget Key, Application, status, and the embed snippet you paste into your site.
- Settings — Appearance, greeting, interaction modes, and quick-action chips. See Widget Customization.
- Activity — Totals for recorded Sessions (total, active, completed, events), an activity chart, and one merged feed of user prompts and Sessions. Filter it to Sessions and click a row to replay the recording. See Session Recording.
Playground — a live browser on your application
Section titled “Playground — a live browser on your application”Once a widget exists, the Widget page’s title bar shows Open Playground. It opens a fullscreen live browser session pointed at your Application’s URL — a real cloud browser, not a preview.
- Use the product as a user would. Click through your application in the live view, including the widget itself if the embed snippet is already on the site.
- The session starts on open. Give it a moment while the browser boots and your application loads. If it can’t start, the view shows the error and a Try Again option.
- Closing the view ends the session. Sessions are temporary — nothing is left running behind you.
This is the fastest end-to-end check after you change something. Add Knowledge, adjust widget settings, or run a Simulation, then re-open the Playground and ask again — the widget always serves the latest understanding, with no reinstall.
