User Support Overview

User Support is where you bring your AI agents to your end users. It groups every customer-experience surface — the in-product Widget, Guides, Support Docs, State Triggers, and recorded Sessions — into a single area of the dashboard.

You’ll find it on the User Support page, scoped to the Application you’re working in.

User Support brings together the tools that put your agents in front of users and let you observe how they’re used:

  • Widget — The embeddable chat interface your users interact with on your site. It connects them to your AI agents for real-time help.
  • Guides — Step-by-step walkthroughs for your application, surfaced to users through a widget.
  • Support Docs — Help documentation for your application, managed alongside your other support surfaces.
  • State Triggers — URL-pattern rules that swap the widget’s quick-action chips depending on the page the user is on.
  • Sessions — Recorded user sessions captured by your widgets, available for replay and review.

The Widget is the surface your users see. Everything else shapes what that surface offers:

  • Guides and Support Docs give users self-serve help they can pull up on demand.
  • State Triggers tailor the widget’s chips to the page, so the right prompts appear in the right context.
  • Sessions record what actually happened, so you can review real interactions afterward.

The User Support page also shows a Recent Activity feed for the current Application, tracking widget changes (created, updated, deleted).
