Workspace Settings
Open Settings from the navigation to manage your account and your workspace. It has five tabs.
Workspace
Section titled “Workspace”- Name and slug — Rename the workspace or change its URL slug. Only a workspace admin can edit these.
- Plan and billing — See the current plan and manage payment. See Billing and Credits for how credits and Billing Cycles work.
- Team members — Admins can invite a teammate by email; the invitation is tracked live and Withdraw removes it before it’s accepted. Once a member has accepted, an admin can change their role between Member and Admin. Signing in for the first time is covered in the Quick Start.
Account
Section titled “Account”Your personal profile: first name, last name, and email. Changing the email re-verifies it before it becomes your new sign-in address. From here you can also set or reset your password, depending on how you signed up.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Workspace-wide notification channels for open questions raised while a study or QA run replays:
- Email — Sends a reminder if a question is still unanswered after a configurable delay.
- Push — Browser push notifications you enable per device.
- Slack — An outbound webhook URL that posts new questions to a Slack channel. The URL is write-only once saved — the page can only show whether one is configured, not the value itself.
Notify all members is a workspace-level toggle: on, every member is notified of a paused run’s open questions; off, only the member who started it is.
A running meter for the current Billing Cycle, a daily credit-usage history, and a paged table of past invoices. See Billing and Credits for what the numbers mean.
Build and version information for this deployment: the dashboard’s app version and build commit, and the API’s reported version and build.
