Core concepts

Everything in Marketrix is organized around a few building blocks:

• Workspace — Your team’s home in Marketrix. Workspaces contain your Applications and the people who can access them.
• Application — A web app or website you connect to Marketrix. Everything else — agents, knowledge, simulations, widgets — lives under an Application. See Applications.
• Agent — An AI assistant that learns about an Application and interacts with it and your users. See Agents.
• Knowledge — Documents and videos you bring in so agents understand your product. See Knowledge.
• Simulation — An autonomous agent run that explores your Application and builds understanding. See Simulations.
• Widget — An embeddable chat interface you deploy on your site so visitors can interact with an agent. See Widgets.
