Viewing Your Current Plan and Usage
- Open the Marketrix dashboard
- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Select the Billing tab
- Connected Apps — how many apps you have connected vs. your plan limit
- Simulations Per Month — simulations used this cycle vs. your limit
- User Prompts — total prompts consumed vs. your limit
Starting a Free Trial
Starter plans come with a 30-day free trial. To start one:- Go to Settings > Billing
- Find the Starter plan card
- Click Get Started
- You will be taken through the Stripe checkout flow — no charge is made until the trial ends
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Toggle between Monthly and Annual billing if you want to compare pricing (annual saves 20%)
- Find the plan you want and click Upgrade
- Complete checkout through Stripe
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Find the lower-tier plan you want and click Downgrade
- A confirmation dialog will appear explaining what features you will lose
- Click Confirm Downgrade to proceed
Switching Billing Cycles
If you are on a Starter or Growth plan and want to switch between monthly and annual billing:- Go to Settings > Billing
- Toggle to the billing cycle you want (Monthly or Annual)
- On your current plan card, click Switch to Annual or Switch to Monthly
Accessing the Stripe Billing Portal
For detailed invoice history, payment method updates, and advanced billing management:- Go to Settings > Billing
- On your current plan card, click Manage
- You will be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal
- View and download past invoices
- Update your payment method (credit card, etc.)
- Update your billing address
- View upcoming charges
Canceling Your Subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Manage on your current plan card to open the Stripe Customer Portal
- In the portal, click Cancel plan

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, you receive a prorated credit that is applied to future invoices.

Open the Stripe Customer Portal from Settings > Billing > Manage. All invoices are listed there and can be downloaded as PDFs.

If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. You will not be charged automatically.
