Creating Applications
Creating an Application connects your web app or website to Marketrix, enabling agents to interact with it for testing, training, and live support.
Steps to create an Application
Section titled “Steps to create an Application”- From the dashboard home, click New App.
- Enter a name for your Application (e.g., “Staging Dashboard” or “Marketing Site”).
- Enter the URL of your web app or website.
- Select the type:
- App — for authenticated applications that require sign-in.
- Website — for publicly accessible sites with no login required.
- If you selected App, provide the username and password the agent will use to authenticate.
- Optionally, configure allowed domains to restrict which domains the agent can navigate to during simulations and interactions.
- Click Create.
After creation
Section titled “After creation”Once your Application is created, you’ll land on the Application dashboard. From here you can:
- Create Agents to interact with your app
- Add Knowledge (documents and videos) to train agents on your product
- Run Simulations to let agents explore your app autonomously
- Deploy Widgets for live customer support
- Set up QA Flows for automated testing
