Managing Applications

Once you’ve created an Application, you can update its settings, monitor its status, and manage it alongside other Applications in your workspace.

To edit an Application, navigate to its dashboard and open the settings panel. You can update:

  • Name — Change the display name.
  • URL — Update the base URL if your app moves or you switch environments.
  • Credentials — Update the username and password for App-type Applications.
  • Allowed Domains — Add or remove domains the agent is permitted to navigate.

Each Application has a status that reflects its current state:

ActiveThe Application is fully operational. Agents can interact with it, and widgets are live.
CreatedThe Application has been created but hasn’t been fully set up yet.
Pending ApprovalThe Application is awaiting approval before it can be activated.
SuspendedThe Application has been temporarily disabled. Agents and widgets will not function.

Use the application selector in the navigation sidebar to switch between your connected Applications. Each Application has its own dashboard with independent agents, knowledge, simulations, widgets, and QA flows.

Applications are scoped to your workspace. Each workspace maintains its own set of Applications, and team members within a workspace share access to all Applications in that workspace.

To delete an Application, open its settings and select the delete option.
