Guides Overview

Guides are interactive step-by-step walkthroughs that help users navigate your application. Instead of pointing users to a help center, Guides deliver assistance right where they need it — inside your product.

Marketrix supports two types of Guides:

Video-based walkthroughs auto-generated from real interactions with your application. Record yourself completing a workflow, and Marketrix turns it into a reusable guide your users can follow.

Contextual help that appears automatically when users visit specific pages. Define a URL pattern, write the help content, and the guide triggers whenever a user navigates to a matching page.

Guides are deployed through Widgets. Once you assign a guide to a widget, it becomes available to anyone using that widget on your site. URL Guides appear automatically based on page matching, while How-to Guides are available on demand.
